Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in patient care using your advanced imaging expertise. This contract role seeks a skilled professional with a background in CT, X-ray, and PET modalities to provide quality radiologic services. Work with a dedicated team supporting diagnostic, interventional, and treatment plans in a well-equipped clinical environment.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required CT and PET modality experience strongly preferred State-required credentials and licensure in radiologic technology Proficiency operating both CT and X-ray equipment, including digital platforms Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient care practices Ability to work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and support staff Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Schedule/Hours:
Variable shifts may be required, with some evening or weekend coverage depending on department needs
Responsibilities:
Perform CT, X-ray, and PET examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols Accurately position and instruct patients for optimal imaging results while ensuring patient comfort and safety Operate imaging equipment and monitor patient status throughout procedures Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and image documentation Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care Ensure all imaging meets regulatory standards for quality and safety Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout the imaging process
