Summary Requirements Specialty :
RN Community Health /
Public Health Licensure :
Unrestricted AZ or compact state license
Certifications :
AHA BLS Experience :
1 year of experience; Preferring field experience as this is not in the hospital. Will be conducting follow-ups in the home; welfare checks, etc.
Schedule:
58's day shift, open to 410's
