Eligibility for benefits may vary by location and is determined by employment status Job Summary Job Summary Performs radiographic procedures to patients in accordance with departmental policy. Provides a variety of technical exams that require independent judgement to apply ionized radiation for radiologic diagnoses. Responsible for on-call procedures when indicated. Must be able to do surgery cases and pain management. Responsibilities Produces high quality diagnostic radiographs, rotates through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology to include OR, Urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements, and trauma; assists practitioner with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures and trauma. Qualifications

SPECIAL SKILLS

Good verbal communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff.

Minimum Requirements Education:

Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.

Certifications:

Current American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), CPR.

Preferred Requirements Experience:
