Job Description

Job Overview PRN Radiology / Scrub Technician - Vascular Office-Based Lab (OBL) We are seeking a dependable and experienced PRN Radiology Technician / Scrub Technician to support our vascular Office-Based Laboratory (OBL) during scheduled interventional vascular procedures beginning October 4 and on upcoming procedure days . The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with vascular and endovascular procedures , operating or assisting with fluoroscopy equipment, maintaining a sterile field, and working closely with the interventional physician and clinical team. Responsibilities Assist with vascular and endovascular procedures in an Office-Based Lab setting. Operate or assist with C-arm/fluoroscopy equipment as permitted by certification and facility requirements. Prepare the procedure room, imaging equipment, sterile supplies, and necessary equipment before procedures. Assist the physician and procedure team with scrubbing, positioning, sterile technique, and procedural support . Maintain a sterile field and follow infection-control and radiation-safety protocols. Assist with patient positioning, preparation, transport, and monitoring as directed by the clinical team. Assist with procedures such as angiography, peripheral angioplasty, atherectomy, stent placement, and other vascular interventions . Ensure appropriate imaging documentation and procedural records are completed. Clean, restock, and prepare the procedure room between cases. Follow all facility policies, OSHA requirements, radiation-safety standards, and infection-control procedures. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, technologists, and other members of the OBL team. Provide professional and compassionate patient care throughout the procedure. Qualifications Current certification/licensure appropriate to the position, such as ARRT, Radiologic Technologist, or equivalent , if functioning as a Radiology Technologist. OR relevant experience as a Surgical/Scrub Technician for candidates primarily assisting with sterile procedures. Prior experience with vascular, interventional radiology, endovascular, cath lab, or OBL procedures strongly preferred. Experience with fluoroscopy/C-arm equipment preferred for Rad Tech applicants. Strong understanding of sterile technique and radiation safety. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills. Reliable and flexible availability for PRN procedure days . Schedule PRN / As Needed Initial need: October 4, 2026 , with additional upcoming vascular procedure days as scheduled. This is an excellent opportunity for a Radiologic Technologist or Scrub Technician who enjoys procedural medicine and wants flexible PRN work in a specialized vascular Office-Based Lab environment. From $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week
