Outpatient / Ambulatory Surgery Center Position Overview A growing, physician-led pain management practice in the Phoenix area is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join its clinical team. This position will support physicians during interventional pain procedures by providing high-quality fluoroscopic imaging while maintaining a safe, efficient, and patient-focused procedural environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Rad Tech who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient setting and collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, surgical technologists, and other clinical team members. Key Responsibilities Operate C-arm fluoroscopy and other radiologic equipment during interventional pain management procedures. Obtain high-quality imaging to assist physicians with accurate positioning and visualization during procedures. Prepare procedure rooms and imaging equipment prior to cases. Position patients appropriately while prioritizing comfort and safety. Follow established radiation safety practices and maintain appropriate documentation. Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and ready for use. Assist with efficient patient flow and room turnover throughout the procedural schedule. Maintain compliance with infection-control, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, surgical technologists, and other members of the clinical team. Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation as required. Support additional clinical and operational needs within the surgery center as appropriate. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification required. Current or eligible for appropriate Arizona radiologic technologist certification/licensure. Experience operating a C-arm and performing fluoroscopy strongly preferred. Previous experience in an ASC, operating room, pain management, orthopedic, spine, or procedural setting highly preferred. Knowledge of radiation safety and proper imaging protocols. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume procedural environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Patient-focused approach with a commitment to providing a positive experience. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly alongside physicians during procedures and has strong C-arm and fluoroscopy skills. Experience supporting interventional pain, spine, orthopedic, or similar procedures would be especially valuable.
