As a Radiology Technologist with OrthoArizona, you'll get to: Prepare patients for radiologic procedures Explain all procedures to patients being sure all of their questions are answered Protect patients from unnecessary exposure to radiation by utilizing shielding equipment. Take x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety Document patient care services in chart Import outside imaging to office PACS Scan documents into EMR Maintains accurate QC logs and service records, maintain and monitor dosimetry badges, etc. as required by state and federal regulations Ensure equipment is in working order, maintain radiology supplies and reports any malfunctions.Your experience should include:
1- 2 years Radiology, preferably in a busy orthopedic practice or hospital.
