Job Description

Innovative Injury Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Radiologic Technologist to support procedure days at our Deer Valley, Glendale, Mesa, and Phoenix locations. This position requires travel between locations and is ideal for a Rad Tech with strong C-arm and fluoroscopy experience who is comfortable working in an outpatient pain management and procedural setting. Position Summary The Traveling Radiologic Technologist will operate the C-arm during pain management procedures while assisting providers and the clinical team with safe, accurate imaging. This role is responsible for preparing imaging equipment, positioning patients, maintaining radiation safety standards, and supporting efficient procedure days across multiple locations. Responsibilities Travel between our Deer Valley, Glendale, Mesa, and Phoenix locations as scheduled Set up and operate the C-arm during pain management procedures Position patients and equipment to obtain accurate imaging Assist providers with fluoroscopic imaging throughout procedures Follow all radiation safety and infection control protocols Maintain proper use of protective equipment and radiation monitoring devices Prepare and clean imaging equipment before and after procedures Confirm equipment is functioning properly and report any concerns Maintain required imaging documentation and equipment logs Assist with procedure room preparation and turnover as needed Collaborate with providers, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care Qualifications Current Arizona Radiologic Technologist license in good standing Current ARRT certification required Previous C-arm and fluoroscopy experience required Pain management, surgery center, or outpatient procedural experience preferred Current BLS certification required Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations required Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient positioning Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Schedule Part-time position Procedure day focused schedule Schedule and location will vary based on procedure needs Must be available to travel between Deer Valley, Glendale, Mesa, and Phoenix locations Compensation $43.00 to $48.00 per hour Pay based on experience
