• Adult Outpatient, Operating Room, Pediatric Outpatient Certifications
• ARRT R, Fluoro Permit, BLS (AHA or ARC accepted) State License Epic Experience 2 Professional References
• Must be within last year

Travel:

(candidates with a permanent address of more than 50 miles from the facility) Your hourly rate will be: $54.12 ($27 taxable + $ 27.12 non taxable) Per shift it will be: $ 432.96 per 8-hour shift

Locals:
