1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for an Outpatient Medical Imaging setting requiring ARRT certification and Epic EMR experience. Details Outpatient medical imaging setting with potential to float to Main Radiology as needed 8-hour day shifts starting at 8:00am, may be scheduled on weekends 13-week assignment Requirements Current CRT (Certificate of Radiologic Technology) issued by the California Department of Health Services Current ARRT(R) certification Current BLS certification California issued Fluoroscopy Permit - license required if applicable Minimum of 1 year experience required Epic EMR experience required State license must be currently active Additional Information Position primarily various positioning and imaging of chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, and ankle for x-ray Operates X-ray equipment and processes images and documentation into PACS without direct supervision Provides basic patient care under supervision of clinic nurse, including vital signs, room preparation, and specimen collection such as blood draws if qualified Assists clinicians and helps prepare patients for evaluation Responsible for keeping work area organized and stocked with supplies and equipment Previous travel healthcare experience preferred Only accepts agency staff who are W-2 employees of their respective agencyBenefits
