Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a collaborative, patient-centered environment as a Nuclear Medicine/CT Technologist. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals skilled in Nuclear Medicine, CT, and related imaging modalities who seek variety and responsibility in their role.
Schedule & On Call:
As needed basis, on call with 45-minute response requirement Every other weekend (EOW) Variable weekday shifts: 6:30am-3:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, or 8:30am-5:30pm When on call, coordinate timely dose ordering and communication with providers and pharmacy from home before reporting onsite as needed
Qualifications:
ARRT, NMTCB, or equivalent certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology and/or CT preferred Relevant clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine, CT imaging, and related patient care Ability to assess, plan, and deliver individualized and holistic care Strong skills in clinical documentation, communication, and critical thinking Capacity to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for quality outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine and CT scans according to physician orders and patient needs Provide individualized care, progressing patients toward self-identified and holistic health goals Order radiopharmaceutical doses, coordinate timely arrivals, and inform providers and patients regarding delays Act as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring they receive satisfying, excellent care Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinicians in high-risk, complex, or unusual clinical scenarios Uphold safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards throughout all procedures This dynamic clinical care position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for patients and their families.
