RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST
Vista Specialty Hospital Radiology Technologist Summary:
Administers ionizing radiation (X-Rays) to patients in order to achieve diagnostic quality images in accordance with ALARA principles. Operates X-ray equipment, processes imaging cassettes, and prepares patient's room, equipment and supplies. Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
Education:
Satisfactory Completion of ARRT accredited program.
Licenses/Certification:
The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration. Current CPR certification.
Experience:
2 years' experience in diagnostic imaging Safety Sensitive-Designated Position
