MRI Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The position requires a commitment to quality patient care and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The schedule is Day/10 Hours/AM start (7 AM or 8:30 AM), with call required on weekends only from 8 AM to 4 PM (usually staff Saturday). Certifications ARRT (R)(MRI), ARRT
R, BLS, CRT / CA
license California Certification for Radiologic Technologist ARRT in Radiology, with ARRT in MR preferred BLS required California IV certification preferred prior to start

Adult Acute Care Adult Outpatient ER/Trauma Head and Neck:
Brain Face/soft tissue neck
Chest:
Breast Chest Spine:
Cervical Lumbar Thoracic Equipment:
Client PACS Special Imaging Procedures:
Gradient Echo Imaging Image post-processing (Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction) Maximum intensity projection (MIP) Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) Spin Echo Images Surface Coils T-1 Weighted Images T-2
Weighted Images Musculoskeletal:
Hip/bony pelvis Knee Shoulder Professional Knowledge and Skills Preparation and/or administration of contrast media
Starting Peripheral IV's Patient Age Groups Adults Geriatrics Patient Diagnoses Preferred:
Adolescents Special Procedures/Unit Details Client 1.5 Signa and Client 1.5 Optima. Perform neuro, MSK, abdomen, MRCPs, and Breast exams. No cardiac procedures. Special Equipment Client 1.5 Signa Client 1.5 Optima Prefer 10-hour shifts, but if the candidate prefers 8-hour shifts, this can be discussed. #AlliedImagingDia Why TalentBurst?
