Job Description
- Job Summary and Responsibilities
- As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.
Image Quality:
Consistently produces quality images within hospital guidelines and department standards (i.e. patient safety, repeat rate, exam protocols, film processing, inc.) +Documentation:
Accurately completes documentation according to hospital and department guidelines, including exam performed, billing, film labeling, computer entry, etc. Performs other clerical duties as necessary (e.g. login of patients, filing films, etc.) +Competency/Training:
Maintains clinical competency assuming responsibility for upgrading skills through participation in in-service education and other continuing education activities. Participates in the training of departmental personnel and students. +Infection Control:
Assists MD and other staff in preparing for and performing procedures consistently following sterile technique, infection control guidelines and department standards. +Workflow:
Evaluates personal and departmental work volume and flow to ensure efficient departmental patient care. Prioritizes work according to urgency and resources. Responds effectively in emergency situations. We are offering a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.- Job Requirements

- + Must have satisfactorily completed a formal radiologic technology training program accredited through the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) and the California Department of Public Health, Radiation Health Branch (CDPH-RHB).
