1 Description American Traveler is hiring an MRI Supervisor/Technologist with 8 years of experience and management/charge background to lead a multi-campus MRI program. Details Multi-campus MRI service encompassing five MRI scanners across four locations with approximately 30 FTEs Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 5x8 hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Department coverage extends from 5:30 AM through midnight requiring oversight of multiple shifts Will float across multiple campuses with daily shuttle transportation available Uses GE HealthCare MRI platforms across multiple software versions Wide range of imaging services including Neuro, Cardiac, Body, MSK, and Breast MRI Performs MRI-guided breast biopsy, prostate MRI/ablation, and interventional MRI procedures Requirements Minimum 8 years of MRI experience required Supervisor or charge experience required BLS certification required ARRT (R) or ARMRIT certification required ARRT MR certification required Venipuncture skills required License required if applicable Experience supporting a broad spectrum of routine and advanced MRI services in a high-volume environment Additional Information Provide daily operational leadership across multiple MRI campuses including staffing coordination, scheduling, and operational planning Deliver hands-on clinical MRI scanning support during staffing shortages, call-offs, or vacations Manage patient flow and optimize scanner utilization Oversee MRI safety and regulatory compliance Coach, onboard, and manage performance of MRI staff Collaborate with radiologists, nursing, anesthesia, and operational leadership Lead workflow improvement initiatives and monitor quality metrics and patient experience Accepts local candidates at local rate 50-mile radius rule applies Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract Returning staff/travelers must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible
