Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification in CT Imaging (ARRT or equivalent). State licensure (if applicable). Minimum of one year of recent, independent experience operating CT equipment. Solid knowledge of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient care best practices. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to new environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic CT scans, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment. Explain procedures, position patients, and monitor them for comfort and safety. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to interpret results accurately. Keep precise records and support efficient department workflows.
