About Us We are a patient-centered, privately owned radiology practice that has for over fifty years been committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging in a comfortable and personalized environment. Our team of experienced professionals' values precision, compassion, and efficiency. We're currently seeking a skilled Radiography Technologist - per-diem to join our growing practice and help us continue providing exceptional imaging services. We are looking for Per Diem Technologists for the following modalities: Mammography, CT, MR, Ultrasound and X-Ray Salary range is negotiable depending upon experience level of the candidate. Position Overview As a Mammography Technician in our private practice, you'll play a key role in early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. You'll work closely with radiologists and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and accurate imaging results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, boutique setting and values patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Dedication and commitment to high quality patient care Must be a team player and follow established departmental procedures Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms using state-of-the-art equipment Provide personalized care and clear communication to patients, ensuring comfort and trust throughout the procedure Maintain strict adherence to infection control, HIPAA, OSHA and radiation safety protocols Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with quality assurance procedures Accurately document patient information and imaging data in our RIS and PACS systems Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely and accurate interpretation of images Assist with scheduling, patient prep, and follow-up coordination as needed Qualifications Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and related disciplines Valid California Radiologic Technologist license Minimum 1 year of diagnostic experience in mammography, CT, US or MR Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional demeanor Familiarity with PACS systems Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Why Join Us?
