Qualifications:

Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required State licensure as required for practice Minimum of 1 year of recent IR Imaging experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting CPR/BLS certification Strong understanding of sterile techniques, vascular procedures, and contrast administration Excellent communication skills to support patient education and collaboration with care teams

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians in a variety of interventional radiology procedures, ensuring accuracy and safety at every step Prepare and maintain the IR suite, equipment, and supplies for each procedure Administer contrast agents and monitor patients during examinations, reporting any adverse reactions or complications promptly Adhere strictly to infection control and radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff Accurately capture and maintain patient records and imaging reports in the electronic medical record system Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures, maintaining a calm and supportive environment This contract role offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in IR technology while working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.
