Job Description

Position Summary Delta Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI examinations while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging. The MRI Technologist operates MRI equipment, follows established imaging protocols, and maintains compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Essential Responsibilities Explain MRI procedures and screen patients for MRI safety.

Position patients and operate MRI equipment according to physician and radiologist orders.

Monitor patients during examinations and ensure their comfort and safety.

Review images for quality and transfer completed studies to PACS.Perform daily quality assurance checks and maintain accurate documentation.

Assist with scheduling, patient follow-up, and administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Comply with all federal, state, and DNV regulations and standards.

Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.

ARRT certification required.

Registered MRI Technologist certification required.

BLS certification required.

Three (3) to five (5) years of MRI experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills. All required licenses and certifications must be maintained in accordance with Delta Health policies.
