What You'll Do Guide patients through MRI procedures and ensure they understand safety requirements, including the removal of metal objectsPosition patients correctly using coils, accessories, and protocol-specific techniques as directed by the RadiologistDemonstrate communication tools (microphone, alarm systems) to keep patients comfortable and informed during scansManage patient worklists, enter procedure-specific data, and maintain accurate digital recordsMonitor patients during imaging for safety and comfortReview images for diagnostic quality and transfer final studies to PACSScreen staff and visitors entering the MRI suite for safety complianceHelp maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming department environmentAssist with scheduling, follow-up calls, administrative tasks, and record keepingPerform daily QA and support compliance with Federal, State, and DNV standardsUphold a professional and compassionate demeanor at all timesTake on additional duties as needed to support departmental success Required Education & Experience Graduation from an accredited School of Radiologic TechnologyRegistered MR Technologist (ARRT)BLS Certification3-5 years of MRI experience preferredLicensure and certification must meet current Delta Health policy requirements Why Join Delta Health?
