Responsibilities Deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions on diagnostic radiology, anatomy, pathology, and medical terminology to students in classroom and clinical settings Supervise students during clinical rotations in hospital or clinic environments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Develop and update curriculum materials utilizing learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms to enhance online instruction Assess student performance through examinations, practical evaluations, and documentation review to ensure competency in radiologic procedures Guide students in research activities related to medical imaging, including clinical research projects and publication of peer-reviewed papers Collaborate with clinical partners to coordinate clinical training experiences and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development initiatives, and efforts to secure research funding for educational projects or medical research articles Qualifications Bachelor's or higher degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or related field; advanced degrees preferred Certification in radiologic technology from recognized accrediting bodies (e.g., ARRT or equivalent) Proven experience in diagnostic radiology, including expertise in radiology procedures, anatomy knowledge, pathology interpretation, and diagnostic imaging techniques Prior college faculty experience or higher education teaching background with online instruction proficiency Supervising experience within clinical or academic settings is highly desirable Strong familiarity with learning technology platforms such as Blackboard or LMS tools used for online education Knowledge of medical research methodologies, securing research funding, publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals related to radiology or medical imaging Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and supporting adult learners in clinical training environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster a collaborative learning environment across multiple disciplines such as anesthesiology, oncology, pediatrics, internal medicine, neurology, obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn), family medicine, public health, nursing, veterinary terminology (if applicable), and laboratory experience Join us to make a meaningful impact on future healthcare providers by providing top-tier education and mentorship.
