We are hiring a full-time property maintenance technician to perform maintenance and assist with apartment turnovers. Location Requirement (Non-Negotiable) Applicants must live within 20 minutes of Norwich, CT. Due to scheduling and emergency needs, candidates outside this radius will not be considered. What You'll Do Primary Focus - Maintenance Support Minor plumbing (faucets, toilets, clogs) Basic electrical (switches, outlets, light fixtures) Turnover punch lists and small repairs Professional interaction with residents Secondary Focus - Painting Full apartment repaints (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) Painting, drywall repair, patching, sanding, skim coating Caulking, touch-ups, and finish detail work Deliver clean, consistent, "like-new" unit finishes Qualifications 5+ years property maintenance/handyman experience (required) Strong drywall prep and repair skills Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and efficiently Must live within 20 minutes of Norwich, CT Physical Requirements Lift up to 80 lbs Frequent bending, kneeling, stair climbing Safe power tool use Why Join Us?
