Desired Background and Skills:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and families Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs with fidelity Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with children and adolescents

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct ABA therapy and behavior intervention services to students according to individualized plans Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors to inform interventions Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educational teams, and families to ensure continuity of care Assist with the development and implementation of positive behavioral support strategies within the classroom setting Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development throughout the academic year
