Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working in school settings with children or adolescents preferred Understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills Ability to document session notes and data collection accurately and promptly Adaptability to shift priorities and respond to the changing needs of students

Key Responsibilities:
