What You'll Do Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles with accuracy and confidence Communicate clearly with service advisors and the team Follow proper repair procedures and factory specs Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient What We're Looking For At least 2 years of automotive repair experience Your own tools Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience with shop equipment (alignment, A/C machine, diagnostics, tire equipment, etc.) Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Valid driver's license with a clean record Basic computer skills ASE certifications are a plus—but not required.
