Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a real impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract basis in the Middletown area. This rewarding opportunity allows you to collaborate with education professionals, utilize your specialized skills, and provide meaningful intervention for children who benefit from behavioral support. Two positions are available, offering you the chance to join a positive, student-centered environment.
Desired Background & Skills:
Current RBT certification Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting Strong communication and documentation abilities Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Compassion, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students Flexibility and the capacity to adapt strategies to individual needs
Primary Responsibilities:
