Your expertise will make a direct impact in educational settings, collaborating with diverse teams of educators and therapists to deliver essential behavioral interventions. This position offers the chance to work closely with children and adolescents, helping them reach their developmental and academic goals through tailored support. What we're seeking: Active RBT certification in good standing Experience implementing behavior intervention plans in school or clinical environments Comfort engaging with children and youth across varying developmental needs Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff Dependable organizational abilities for data collection and reporting Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in educational settings In this dynamic role, you'll: Provide direct, evidence-based behavioral interventions to students as outlined in individualized plans Collect and maintain accurate data to track progress and inform team decisions Work one-on-one and in small groups under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills Support teachers by modeling behavioral strategies and offering insights on student progress Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment This flexible contract position allows you to gain valuable experience while making a lasting difference.
