Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Prior experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally in a school setting Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies Demonstrated ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting student success Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct ABA therapy and one-on-one support to an assigned elementary student Collect and document data accurately while monitoring students progress toward goals Collaborate closely with Special Education teams, Behavior Analysts, and classroom staff Maintain a positive, structured environment that encourages student engagement and participation Adapt strategies based on student response and feedback from the educational team Support with daily routines, transitions, and social interactions to promote independence
