What We're Looking For Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential facility, or similar environment (required) Availability to work various shifts as needed High school diploma or equivalent Strong teamwork skills with the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs Experience with wall covering and wallpaper repair or installation preferred Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance Excellent communication skills with a professional, guest-focused approach Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Strong attention to detail and observation skills Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladders and stairs, and perform physical tasks About The Briad Group The Briad Group® is a rapidly growing hospitality and restaurant organization with a diverse portfolio that includes Hilton and Marriott brand hotels , Wendy's franchise locations, innovative rooftop lounges, and a premier outdoor lifestyle shopping center.
