Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (please provide a screenshot with your application) Experience working with school-age children or within an educational setting preferred Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents Reliable, adaptable, and able to maintain professionalism in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in school settings Implement ABA strategies under the supervision of behavior analysts or special education staff Collect and record data accurately to track progress and outcomes Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and follow individualized behavior intervention plans Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student progress
