Job Description
```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of appliances. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities. ```Duties```
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more
- Install and assemble new appliances
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as required ```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of appliance repair techniques and tools
- Proficient in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
