Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Deliver exceptional patient care and utilize advanced imaging technology as an MRI Technologist in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract assignment spans 13 weeks and offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate expertise in high-volume MRI settings and foster collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals.
Schedule:
2x12-hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI technologist Current ARRT (MR) certification Active BLS certification Proven ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume imaging settings Willingness to float to different locations as needed Outstanding communication and patient interaction skills
Key Responsibilities:
Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols Ensure safety and comfort for patients throughout all stages of the imaging process Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to achieve optimal imaging outcomes Accurately document procedures, patient information, and maintain complete records Address patient concerns with professionalism, providing clear instructions and reassurance Maintain quality standards and adhere to safety guidelines for magnetic resonance procedures
