Full Time Permanent Mammography Tech Point Estero, FL Are you a passionate Mammography Tech seeking a new opportunity ?We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to join an outpatient Women's Breast Center. The technologist will perform screening and diagnostic mammography, bone density studies, and specialized breast procedures including stereotactic breast biopsies and Savi/needle localization under physician direction. New graduates are welcome to apply , with breast biopsy, stereotactic, and Savi experience highly preferred. What we Offer for the Mammography Tech opportunity:

Shift:
8:00:00AM to 4:30:00PM What the Mammography Tech will be doing: Perform screening and diagnostic mammography and bone density examinations. Perform specialized breast procedures, including stereotactic breast biopsies and needle/Savi localization, under the direction of a qualified physician. Ensure all required ACR and MQSA quality control standards are met. Provide a positive experience for patients, employees, and physicians while promoting overall satisfaction. Qualifications for the
Mammography Tech:
Education :
Two years formal education in a hospital-based program or associates degree in radiologic technology required.
Experience:
One year experience in mammography related services required.
Certification:
ARRT certification in radiology required. ARRT certification in mammography required. Documentation and completions of 40 hours of mammographic continuing education required by MQSA after April 28,1999. ARRT Registered or certification in Bone Densitometry optional.
License:
