Key Qualifications:
Valid and current ARRT certification (ARMRIT not accepted) Active State of Florida radiology license Completed college diploma or transcripts (must be included in your application profile) Expertise in operating MRI equipment and performing high-quality imaging studies Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Strong attention to safety protocols and detail Candidates must not reside in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties
Schedule:
3 shifts per week, each 12 hours (8:00am-8:00pm) Rotating weekends required Exact schedule determined during phone interview with site leader
Primary Duties:
Conduct MRI scans following physician orders and established protocols, ensuring optimal image capture and patient safety Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures clearly while maintaining empathy and professionalism Verify patient records, physician orders, and required documentation prior to imaging Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI equipment for optimal functioning Collaborate with the radiology team and other departments to deliver quality care Maintain detailed imaging records and assist with quality assurance procedures Benefits of this opportunity include a dynamic patient-centered environment, dedicated support from seasoned supervisors, and valuable experience working alongside expert imaging professionals.
