Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in MRI technology to a dynamic healthcare setting where your skills make a direct impact on patient outcomes. This contract position offers an engaging environment for professionals dedicated to providing high-quality imaging services.
Schedule:
3x12 hour day shifts per week
Key Qualifications:
Valid ARRT certification (candidates with ARMIRT will not be considered) Demonstrated proficiency in MRI imaging practices and safety standards Experience operating and troubleshooting MRI equipment Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and healthcare team members Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans following physician orders and protocol guidelines Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining steps and ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process Review and assess images for quality, making necessary adjustments to ensure diagnostic accuracy Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues promptly Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and support staff to deliver seamless patient care Uphold stringent safety procedures for patients and staff during all imaging procedures
