HCA Florida Lake City Hospital is seeking a dedicated MRI Tech PRN to join our dynamic imaging team. This role requires expertise in magnetic resonance imaging to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will operate MRI equipment, maintain patient safety, and ensure the production of quality images for medical evaluation. As a PRN staff member, you will cover shifts based on staffing needs, offering flexibility in your schedule to balance personal commitments while still supporting patient care. Responsibilities Operate MRI equipment to produce images according to physician specifications. Screen patients for MRI safety, including checking for contraindications. Position patients and select anatomical and technical parameters accurately. Maintain patient comfort and communication throughout the procedure. Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. Promote adherence to safety standards and protocols. Assist radiologists during advanced MRI procedures.
