The successful candidate will operate radiology equipment safely, obtain accurate diagnostic images, and provide a calm and supportive experience for pediatric patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and pediatric X-ray and radiographic examinations. Position patients appropriately to obtain clear, diagnostic-quality images. Operate and maintain radiology equipment according to established procedures. Follow radiation safety standards and infection-control protocols. Explain procedures to children and parents in a clear, age-appropriate manner. Help reduce patient anxiety through compassionate communication and reassurance. Review images for quality and ensure required views are completed. Maintain accurate patient and imaging records. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe imaging environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented pediatric environment.
