This role offers the opportunity to cross-train in MRI and continue building your imaging skills. The Role Encore Imaging is seeking a Full-Time X-Ray Technologist for our Tallahassee, FL location. This position is ideal for a technologist who is confident in radiographic imaging, passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Patient Care & Safety Welcome patients and explain procedures in a way that helps them feel comfortable and informed. Follow radiation safety and protection standards for patients and team members. Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment. Clinical Excellence Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders and established imaging protocols. Review images for proper positioning, identification, and diagnostic quality. Recognize imaging findings that may require immediate escalation. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and imaging logs. Operations & Teamwork Work collaboratively with other team members to support efficient patient flow and daily operations. Learn and utilize RIS, EMR, and PACS systems. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and fellow team members to deliver outstanding care. Support other center needs as appropriate.
