Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Deliver expert diagnostic imaging as a CT Technologist in a dynamic healthcare environment serving diverse patient populations including inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases. This contract position offers an opportunity to advance your career utilizing cutting-edge technology such as GE scanners and Philips PACS, integrated with
EPIC EMR
systems, while working alongside a dedicated team known for an inclusive culture and excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and CT/PET imaging aligned with established protocols. Execute IV starts confidently to ensure patient readiness for imaging. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient and ER settings. Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC. Adhere to department and hospital safety standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Registered Technologist (ARRT) certification in CT required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory. Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in CT imaging. Proficient with IV starts. Previous experience within a Level 1 Trauma and teaching hospital environment preferred. No first-time travelers accepted for this role.
Shift and Scheduling:
12-hour day shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m. 36 hours per week. No weekend rotation or on-call duties. Expected to work approximately 75% of holidays during the contract. Schedule time off managed with manager approval.

Located in Bonaire, GA, this region offers a welcoming community atmosphere with access to urban amenities and natural surroundings. The facility is a Level 1 Trauma center and a teaching hospital, providing a professional environment rich with learning and growth opportunities.

Department orientation includes one day of departmental onboarding plus New Employee Orientation. Parking available at a biweekly cost.
