2987666724-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Wellstar is seeking a CT Tech Lead to guide CT imaging services within our not-for-profit, community-focused health system. In this role, you will perform and oversee advanced CT procedures, ensuring accurate, timely imaging and exceptional patient experiences. You will coordinate daily workflow, support staffing, and mentor technologists while maintaining strict adherence to safety and radiation protocols. Collaborating closely with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams, you'll drive image quality, optimize processes, and support implementation of new technologies. Responsibilities Lead daily CT operations, staffing, and workflow to ensure timely, high-quality imaging services Perform and oversee complex CT examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols Ensure compliance with safety, radiation, and infection-prevention standards and regulatory guidelines Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to CT technologists and new team members Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and providers to optimize imaging quality and care coordination Monitor image quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and escalate to vendors/biomed as needed Support implementation of new CT technology, protocols, and best practices Maintain accurate documentation, imaging records, and quality metrics for CT services Participate in on-call, weekend, or shift coverage as needed to support patient access Contribute to continuous improvement, education, and training initiatives across imaging services Required Skills Computed tomography (CT) imaging Radiation safety and dose optimization CT protocols and cross-sectional anatomy Use of CT scanners and
