MRI Technologist Fayetteville, GA | Full-Time |
Days Position Highlights Pay:
$34.17 - $56.29/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00
PM Call:
Rotating on-call nights and weekends shared with other
MRI Technologists Setting:
Approximately 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
Workload:
Primarily outpatient with minimal callbacks

Generous benefits package About the Role We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join a collaborative imaging team in Fayetteville, GA. This position offers a predominantly outpatient workload, a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule, and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality patient care. What You'll Do Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and safety standards Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout their exams Operate MRI equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, comfort, and overall experience Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other members of the care team Follow department policies, MRI safety procedures, and documentation requirements Help maintain efficient patient flow within the imaging department Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program approved by the appropriate recognized accrediting body ARRT registration in Radiography (R) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) Current CPR certification Ability to maintain ARRT continuing education requirements, including completion of required CME/continuing education hours Two or more years of post-graduation experience in a major hospital environment is strongly preferred Ideal Candidate The right candidate is: Reliable and dependable Flexible and willing to support the team Committed to providing high-quality patient care A strong team player Comfortable working in a predominantly outpatient MRI setting Why People Stay Employees appreciate the patient population, supportive coworkers, and generous benefits package .
