Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Deliver exceptional patient care and technical expertise as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT and X-Ray imaging. This contract role plays a vital part in providing high-quality diagnostic images, supporting clinicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Desired Qualifications:
Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography CT certification preferred or willingness to obtain State licensure or eligibility as a Radiologic Technologist Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical Imaging setting, with proficiency in both X-Ray and CT modalities Solid understanding of radiographic/CT equipment, safety standards, and best practices Ability to position patients correctly and adapt procedures for varied cases and patient needs Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and X-Ray examinations following physician orders and standard protocols Ensure patient comfort, safety, and preparation before, during, and after imaging procedures Verify patient identification and details; accurately document procedures and maintain imaging records Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members Maintain and operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions promptly Follow radiation safety guidelines to protect patients, self, and staff Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and uphold all regulatory standards This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic clinical environment with a skilled healthcare team.
