Essential Qualifications:
ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with CT credentials (or equivalent certification) Valid state licensure in medical imaging (as required) Proven experience operating both CT and PET/CT equipment in a clinical setting Proficient knowledge of imaging safety protocols and patient care standards Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Adaptability and a positive approach to working in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging procedures according to physician instructions and department protocols Ensure optimal patient positioning and comfort throughout exams Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging procedures within electronic health records systems Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed Prioritize patient safety and adhere strictly to all regulatory guidelines
