Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity specializing in advanced imaging technology within a supportive healthcare setting. This contract role seeks an experienced professional with expertise in CT imaging to deliver high-quality diagnostic services.
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time engagement according to facility needs Flexible shifts, may include days, evenings, or weekends
Key Qualifications:
ARRT (CT) certification required Previous experience as a CT Technologist Strong understanding of CT protocols and radiologic safety practices Ability to operate CT imaging equipment independently Excellent patient care skills and communication abilities Current BLS certification Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform accurate CT scans in accordance with physician orders Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to optimize imaging quality Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Follow established protocols for radiation protection and infection control Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain CT equipment as needed Provide clear instructions and support to patients during procedures
