Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a skilled imaging professional with strong experience as a Radiology Technologist or X-ray Tech. This contract role presents the chance to make a significant impact performing essential imaging services on weekend night shifts with no on-call requirements.
Schedule:
Weekend shifts:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday Hours:
7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Qualifications:
Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Proficient in general X-ray and radiology procedures Previous experience in a clinical or hospital imaging environment preferred Excellent attention to detail and safety protocols Good interpersonal communication skills for patient and team interaction
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders and established protocols Operate radiologic equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring patient comfort and accurate results Adhere to radiation protection guidelines and infection control standards at all times Properly document patient records and imaging details within electronic medical systems Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide timely, accurate diagnostic support Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of exam and imaging areas
