This is a full-time travel position with 40 guaranteed hours per week and requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage. Duties and Responsibilities Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures according to established protocols Properly position patients and operate imaging equipment safely Ensure high-quality diagnostic images Follow radiation safety and patient-care standards Work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Assist with appropriate patient preparation and procedure-related needs Participate in rotating day and night shifts Provide weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage as scheduled Work overtime when needed Working Conditions The CT Technologist works in a fast-paced acute-care and outpatient imaging environment providing diagnostic CT services to patients across multiple age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatric patients. The position may involve working in the Emergency Department, inpatient, outpatient, and OR settings. The technologist must follow established radiation safety protocols and may be exposed to ionizing radiation, infectious or communicable diseases, blood and bodily fluids, and other healthcare-related environmental conditions. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment, maintain attention to detail, safely position and transfer patients, operate imaging equipment, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
