Position Purpose:
The Clinic Radiographer Technologist will provide patient care by providing diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by the Provider and/or Radiologist. Please note~ This position will float between Lake Mills and Northwood Clinics What you will do: Completes all diagnostic procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintains quality assurance procedures and all records. Evaluates radiographs for quality and acceptability and determines corrective action if necessary. Utilizes Radiology Information System (Radnet) for radiology orders. Reviews and manipulates images using the CR System (if applicable) and PACS Web. Monitors radiology area for safety and utilizes safe radiation practices. Maintains required department confidentiality and abides by HIPPA regulations.Hours:

Education:
Credentialed in radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Must possess a current Iowa Department of Public Health Permit to Practice. Must provide proof of Basic Life Support (BLS Healthcare Provider, American Heart Association; or American Red Cross, Professional Rescuer-LIVE class only) via current card prior to employment or within 60 days of hire and maintains current status.Completes Mandatory Reporting:
Child and Dependent Adult Abuse requirement within 6 months of hire and renews this requirement every 3 years.Position Highlights and Benefits:
