No What you will do: Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner Review CT's to ensure optimum quality What you will need:Education:
Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited programCertification:
CPRCertification required; Advanced CT Certification requiredExperience:
Previous CT Technologist experience- at least 5 years preferred
