X-Ray Technologist

Job Summary We are seeking an ARRT certified X-Ray Technologist to work at our imaging center in Morton Grove. We offer full-time employment and are willing to train a candidate who wants to advance their skill set into CT and even MRI if the candidate is interested. Candidate must be committed to providing the finest level of patient care. Hours are weekdays generally during business hours and rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment. Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures. Follow protocols to produce high-quality images for interpretation. Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning. Collaborate with healthcare team to provide accurate imaging results. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical imaging technology. Qualifications ARRT Certification Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy Experience with medical imaging techniques and aseptic technique Education & Experience At least 1 year prior experience working as a X-ray technologist in a hospital or outpatient setting.

• Associates degree and/or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Graduate of an approved program in Radiologic Technology. Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
• IEMA State of Illinois license and ARRT
