Previous MRI experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $67.00 per hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures for diverse patient populations Verify physician orders and consult with radiologists as needed Prepare patients, explain procedures, and provide education and instruction Adhere to MRI safety standards and protocols Administer contrast media and operate MRI equipment safely and effectively Assist radiologists during MRI procedures Evaluate image quality and make adjustments as necessary Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, perform safety checks Operate hospital computer systems and report equipment issues What You Need ARRT certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Valid Illinois state license (if applicable) or eligible Previous MRI experience in a clinical setting Strong technical skills and attention to safety protocols Excellent communication and patient care skills About the Assignment This assignment involves working in a busy hospital environment providing MRI services to inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients. The technologist will perform imaging procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and patient comfort, supporting radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes.
