Certification Full Job Description Role Overview:
The Radiologic Technologist in CT performs routine and specialized imaging procedures, adapting techniques to achieve accurate diagnostic and therapeutic results under radiologist supervision. Responsibilities include preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, ensuring safety, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining quality care standards.
Key Duties:
Performing and documenting high-quality CT procedures across all ages Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout examinations Operating and troubleshooting CT equipment, maintaining safety protocols Supporting departmental functions, including patient flow and timely reporting Training and guiding fellow technologists and students Maintaining a clean, organized work environment and supplies
Qualifications & Skills:
Registered in Computed Tomography (CT) with ARRT within 1 year Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Radiography Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Certificate in Radiologic Technology and related associate degree Strong technical knowledge of CT hardware and software Excellent patient care, safety, and communication skills
